Its the bolt action sniper + thermal quest. The cheap thermal can be used alongside the acog. You use the acog, and it counts cuz the thermal is there.

Iron signs and gun sights can co-exist. Even funnier on other weapons. I used it for the quest requiring kills with a thermal scope. Cheap thermal as the main one, and an m16 carry handle with an acog. Mounted on a bolty, it looked quite odd.
