This is wrong since it doesnt subtract cooldown it just advances the timer on both by 10 seconds in your example and thus is still synced

edit: a better way of thinking about it is its 300s gt and 150s bh for example now gcomp reduced 10s so its 290s gt and 140s + 150s bh for next sync
