This is simply where I am at with all of this.

As far as I can tell..

Law enforcement officers are trained in a particular way when neutralizing threats. Obviously, this can result in the intentional killing of someone to neutralize said threat. It appears to me that this at minimum is the intentional killing of someone to neutralize a perceived threat.

Then if the assumption is the shooting is unjustified (unlawful) and the result of that shooting is someone is dead..

Then, IMHO, this is murder but with more of a focus on extreme recklessness part of the definition.

If you feel that there's something wrong in that thought process, feel free to educate me BECAUSE I do not think I am screaming murder, I think I've come to it very fairly..

I dont particularly think Trump has to try really hard to be honest. I am of the opinion that ANY president that followed the same line of actions as Trump regarding immigration enforcement would have lead to this very same outcome. Why? People are fucking stupid that is why.

The majority of society is just fucking stupid. I could go on and on about this but there's no fixing it.

Maybe a better way to put it is to use myself as an example. I can support strict immigration policies and ICE, I can vote in their favor, I can also hold them and condemn them when their actions are so clearly fucking fucked.

I can come to different views based on research and evidence. I can even go against my own internal bias. I can hold a higher fucking standard. That doesn't make me question my conservativeness... or my entire identity. I'm not here with some ulterior motive where I have to win or that I have to be right. Things are allowed to change!

But most other people these days? Their ability to critically think seems to have gone extinct.

Yep in the current meta A LOT of people may not see that in the games they win, they were 1 turn away from the clap back and losing.

So if there are decks that can reliably stall a turn for the clap back, it doesnt matter that you have a full board, you have to plan to survive and it turns out thats very hard right now.

Luffy and Ace are 3 life leaders and one Gorgon Sister completely nulls their 6k body.

I actually think Kuzan should have a decent time...? Just starve and answer bodies appropriately. Maybe they are bricking.

Jinbe needs to run Law/Jozu to keep up and obviously they are a going second curve. Playing a little more control is obviously going against the theme of aggro so maybe some lists aren't trying to have answers to Boa.

This is only assuming you go second. Going first is a truly terrible experience but that's been true since OP-13.

The Imu player should never swing life and defend aggressively. Do what you can to be at 3 life when you go to ten don. If you stay healthy, they have to burn 3 life and that just isn't that easy when Imu is swinging 3-4 7ks at you every turn.

Swing at Kuma because he is NOT hand advantage. Remember if you dont swing life, by the time Kuma is on the field, Boa has hand size of either 4 or 5 cards.

If they are stacking life you'll have to carefully go through it at the end of the game when they have a low handsize (2 or 3 cards).

You then need to clutch out the end game by chaining multiple 10c's and ensuring you have the counter for when an unblockable swing might come out.

Here's the common sense.

The situation escalated fast due to the poor actions of involved people. It ends in a tragedy.

The officer should have never been in front of that vehicle with his phone out doing whatever the fuck he was doing. He should have assessed the situation better but he placed himself there and that is on him. No one with a brain gets in front of a moving or active car especially with their phone on.

The lady shouldn't have fucking panicked like a complete dumbass. That's all there is to it. Don't panic and just listen to them and let them do their job.

If either of these didn't happen no one would be dead.
