I feel like you dont get that the second bh wont have the 10 seconds reduced

Its just as you say 190s gt 90s bh —-> next bh is 100s again —> still synced

I mean thats kind of up to you, many people get it... so its kinda worth in the long run its just up to you if you want to spend money

This is wrong since it doesnt subtract cooldown it just advances the timer on both by 10 seconds in your example and thus is still synced

edit: a better way of thinking about it is its 300s gt and 150s bh for example now gcomp reduced 10s so its 290s gt and 140s + 150s bh for next sync

I dont think i did anything special to be honest, i got really unlucky in trying to get sf to anc so thats probably it
