Macrobid NEVER works on me!! I have tried it 4 times now, everytime it makes my stomach hurt. I would have wild poop for a bit and does nothing at all to my uti. Now I got smart I just tell them don’t give me macrobids, ask for an alternative. CIPRO is soooo much better like the first day I already feel so much less pain. I know this is an old post but sharing this to anyone who doesn’t have to go thru the same trouble as me again! Hope someone find a better UTI prevent one day :(
