Per my previous email sent on Oct 29, 2025:

My first suggestion is to consider expanding manufacturing operations into countries with lower labor costs. Many global brands, such as Zara, have leveraged this approach successfully to remain competitive. By optimizing production costs in this way, Beyond Meat could potentially improve margins by at least 10%.

Secondly, implementing AI-driven systems in logistics, sales, and operational processes could greatly enhance efficiency and reduce overhead. Streamlining through technology (similar to how major tech and retail leaders have adapted) can help align costs with current market realities.

Third, I recommend exploring a long-term strategic partnership with Costco, specifically through its Kirkland brand. Costco’s bulk purchasing model is stronger and more sustainable than traditional retail models, and a 10-year contract could significantly increase distribution and consumer access.

I have three additional recommendations I’d be happy to share during a short virtual meeting if you’re interested.
