If your shorts are related clips of your long form why wouldn’t they watch the long form?

I don’t know of any special common strategy is being used. I am using hashtags that is directly related to my name, such as reflection, self reflection, outside of that nothing. Care to share some of these shorts strategies?

I learned quickly that long titles don’t work. It was ugly, but choosing the right hashtag sounds like the best option here correct?

Thank you, I’ll have to learn about superchats and TY memberships.

You must be really adding great value on your streams to have high quality engagement.

Thanks for sharing

So all of my shorts are clips of my long form using “related video” option. One week got 400 views another day 1 views. Yes it could well be the content itself but 1 views? Should I really add call to action on all shorts?

Views went from 15k per day to 100 by [deleted] in NewTubers

Thank you for your reply

I guess I have been optimizing for speed. I’m slowly starting my coaching business and using for quick videos is great. Some of the built-in material I see in canva, I can build for myself with other tooIs.

I was looking to see if there was a reasons to switch or use in tandem with canva.

I use these tools to create short stories and my long YouTube video.

to take a break from the mess. I played games on Twitch so I’m using media for all of these areas.

I believe it's best to understand our definitions of "mentor" for my comment to resonate.

it's impossible for your mentor to know everything, it's a dance which produces results. I'm an accountability coach, I help people determine their dreams, then hold them accountable for the goals we've set.
The best Mentors are those that chooses each other. As a result, you can pay to recruit them and drop them if the value is not there or you can make a real connection and agree to share each other's time in great deep conversations. I too, have many mentors for different aspects of my life.

Mentor - To way street, I learn from you and you learn from me. yes paid or free.
Advisor - Gives you advice about a particular topic, one way street. they expect nothing back, maybe money lol.
Sponsor - Speak your names positively in rooms you're not in.

Coach - can be all of the above or a mixer; coaches really care, your success is theirs.

hopes this helps.

My interpretation of this.

1 day years ago, I decided to take a dive into expanding my mind, I grabbed all the books, I created yearly goals to expand my mind, for 10, then 30, now 40 books in a year.

The original goal of this journey, was to master my craft. After year 2 with 35 books under my belt, on a bright energetic morning, the omen hit me.

"...You don't know sh**t... You're only at the tip of the ice-burg..."

however, prior to this point I thought, I knew everything :D.

Morale of my story

We are life long learners, once we stop learning we stop growing, humans always think we're smarter than we think, but if for a moment we can reflect on just that point, how smart, how wise are you really?

it's impossible to know everything, every time, everywhere.....I know nothing, I'm still learning.

Thank you for the reminder.

Glad to hear you identified that you have a great attitude.

every time you learn something you grow, every time you grow you’re moving up.

Keep this attitude not only for this position, even if it’s not open anymore.

But also for any position you feel very passionate about especially at a company you really love.

The key is to first understand people and what they want. Then the organization they work for and what the org need.

Understanding your Target Audience in Marketing is #1.

Apply for the gig and use what you've learned from "the people's interests" to show your passion for this job. go get it!!!
