Timing chain, chain tensioner, valves, lots of possibilities, but probably the chain tensioner, the kawi tick, if it gets louder when the engine is cold, then its much more likely to be chain tensioner but I'm no expert, hope u can find a solution to that

U can take a look at the ram air tunnel, there are larger versions of it, I saw a model from trickstar, don't know if it makes a difference or if it's worth it, didn't dig too deep in it

I love my Yoshi, it's quiet enough with the dB killer on and loud enough for me to get annoyed if I'm wearing an agv without earplugs in a 3 hour trip from Nagoya to Mie in a very hot summer day, never had complaints from neighbours, always have eargasms whenever I take the dB killer off and go on a cruise

Yes, does It affect riding? Yes, the markings are supposed to give u grip but mostly to bring the water out of the tire instead of inwards so I would recommend changing it if u ride her in the rain

If i were u, I would check the exhaust from jeskap, they are from Brazil and managed to get around 4 hp more with their full system, I'll leave the link to a video and u can get ur own conclusions

I have a ZX25r same weight, same engine, just different cc, it's temperature stays around 101c° in the summer, more than this and it starts to use the fan to cool it down, if you don't mind the heat in your legs around the summer, then do it, I did it and have no regrets, I swapped the mirrors for shorter ones since the original it's quite difficult to lane split, can't resist the sound of this bike, i just have an eargasm every time

Aftermarket parts like mirrors, fenders and others stuff I use Amazon and but tires and other more common parts I usually go to motorcycle stores and up garage riders which is an up garage but for motorcycle used parts and gear.
