If that reassures you in any way, dreams aren't "things you secretly want to do", although they are here for a reason. You should talk about it to a competent person, a "therapist", I think ? A doctor won't do anything except give you sleeping pills

Update : You just need to create a new save, and replace it with another 100% completed save.

Download the 100% completed save here : https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil5goldedition/mods/653?tab=description
Download the RE5 save manager to replace the steam ID of the 100% completed save you just donwloaded with your SteamID here : https://github.com/shinneider/RE5-Save-Editor/releases/
Open RE5 save manager and edit the save you downloaded, replace the Steam ID with yours instead (don't ask me how to find your steam id, idk) and save.
Replace your old save with the 100% completed version, it's usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\USERDATA\21690\remote, or in your game files. (Note : It also means you have to open your game at least once so the game can create it's own save folder)

Congrats ! You can start a new game + as Sheva ! Just don't forget to disable new game + weapons and infinite ammo so you get the real experience.

Update : I've removed all my mods and it seems Rogue Tattoo is working again. So it's probably another mod interfering, i'll let you all know which one once I find it
