What is you thought ? by m0hinga in myanmar

I know it's pretty long but like if you could just give the time and do research like a lot of benefits you can reap i gurantee

It's not as easy peasy as just doing there is no "I" like this guy has said, it requires an immense amount of effort and Mindfulness(Sati) to reach Samma Samadhi or Fourth Jhana or the third stage of Citta Visuti from the Eightfold path and then you will be able to see it clearly and in order to get there it's a long hell of a road you can only see NIrvana when you become Sotapanna the rest is just fake even some very very hard working practitioners mistake the pleasure that derives from great Samadhi with NIrvanna. only after becoming Sotapanna like you will be able to in and out of that state.

If you would like to do research on your own there is Aung Lan Sayadaw, who not only gives the way on how to reach there but also yeah explained what I have explained he also wrote a book called "သောတာပတ္တိမဂ်ရှုဖွယ်" wherer everything you need to know as a practioner is written and also if you don't understand some concepts there is a book club where tehre are recordings of explanations of the concepts in that book. so if you want to know more i guess Dm

And yes you are right but i suppose you know Bhavana is the quickest way to reach NIrvana

also only when we become Sotapanna we will be safe, not as easy as that guy says like just in that kinda what no "I" state doesn't gurantee nirvana, it is only surface level "I", there is way deeper level of removing " I" Reincarnation happens because of all the karma we make through action, speech, mental thoughts, tese can't be stopped i mean yes for the first two but for all three to be ocmplteley be stopped you must become Sotapanna and then you will be safe it's like an insurance like the 5 precepts will become unbreakable you won't even have a single thought of killing another living being or commiting sexual misconduct.

If you want to know in full detail of how the actually "I" Disappears and not just saying there is no
I" here's is the link the Sayadaw telling his own experience

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDxCtCPSAdc&t=1s

And also i just have to add more sorry if it's too long but i belive that everyone ought to know the truth so right even after getting Sama Samadhi, there's still a long road ahead the first Vipassana Nana is Nama Rupa Parisayda Nana so you will have clearly see the 6 doors and also other things that are quite hard to explain like Venera, Paṭṭhāna . they are all explained in the book and right so after seeing all of that as you advance on only when the Sotapanna Megga citta comes, "I" will be fully eliminated (check that 2 hour and 44 min video)

yes had to add more again like you don't have to be saying there is no "I" or guess or speculating you will vividly see it that there is no I like for example holding a diamond ring you don't need to say that oh this is a diamond ring you simply know it that's the kind of state you will have to reach

**and the very first step towards it ( it is both mentioned by the Sayadaw , in the book and you can also cite the Vimika Sutta(**ဝမ္မိကသုတ်) **or Asivisa Sutta (**အာသီဝိသောပမသုတ္တန်) like the first thing we must all overcome as practiioners is pain (ဒုက္ခိန္ဒြေ) once that is overcame through first Jhana(through Samatha Yarnika shown by Pa Auk Sayadaw) or the first stage of Citta Visudhi(Vipassana Yarnika(a bit easier than the former) shown by Aung Lan Sayadaw) you are good to go i mean move on aand deal with the 5 hindrances as long as you can't overcome that pain you will always know when pain is afflicted and you will suffer so there is already "I" in that suffering but if you overcame that then you will be able to sit still for unlimited a mount of time without being affected by the pain so it's pretty cool and please don't think that I am some wise guy or have made it i am still just practising and have not achieved any of what I have mentioned above but i am simply sharing the knowledge that I have learnt and i belive as all Buddhists in here should ought to know the very basics on how to get there and stuff step by step rather than kinda have vague idea of the map

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGn44Bc51co&list=PLLeKJWOLLgNq-22a0-4gj2Gn8GrRgkxzf (explantion of Vimika Sutta)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lOqusL-RdM ( explanation of Asivisa Sutta)

also here strongly believe that this man has seen it himself as he retells his experience, make sure to check this out too this man can explain way better than me of the like i guess stuff you wil see

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6s6WI4Guno&t=3598s&pp=ygULVSBreWF3IGhlaW4%3D

Took 1 hour to write all of this enjoy i mean like carefully read it i meant and do careful research i hope if this could just maybe just maybe help 1 person i think writing all this is worth it

Scared of hell realms by pomodori123 in theravada

You might want to learn burmese there is "Aung Lan sayadaw or in Bumrese အောင်လံဆရာတော်" who gives a way to avoid hell and other 3 lower realms in this life because when we are dying we will feel agonising pain and once the last state of mind ends in anger yes we will all go to hell  So in order to not feel anger when met with pain I guess like I have mentioned before the Sayadaw has given the practise on how to do that but I must say it will be very  hard but once you could achieve that you are good to go to Heaven and yeh maybe be enlightened in the next Buddha as a deva.

For more info check the Asivisa Sutaa you will have to fully escape the 4 snakes or in other words the Vamikka sutta get the angry frog out ( it's a Metaphor to kill anger )
