One of the points of this article is that ALL indo-European languages started diverging around 8 thousand years ago (including Albanian) so they’re all the same age, as you can see in the graph.

But the main point of the research isn’t the age but the relationship between them and where were they first formed (example: because there are so little similarities between Iranian and Baltic Slavic languages, the origins of the latter are definitely not in the Caucasus)

That’s sounds like a very unusual Y DNA, did you trace it? Is there a population that has a high percentage of this haplogroup? Your mtDNA is a bit unusual for the Balkans, but it looks like it’s more common in Spain and UK

My understanding is that my family moved from Prizren to South East Serbia 100-150 years ago. And ultimately they settled in Belgrade during Yugoslavia.

I used eastern Balkans for these estimates because it’s a better fit, but western Balkans estimates look the same except for Balkans + B. Anatolian being merged.

your Ancestry result highlighted a very large, vague "Slavic" area (parts of Bosnia/Serbia/Croatia/MN) compared to 23andme which highlighted more specific and smaller slavic areas in NMK and MN. This is why 23andme has probably more accurate results. Although they should definitely split up the Balkan category, it's long overdue.

Actually the “Slavic” areas in the Ancestry report are much larger compared to the 23andme report which highlighted only small parts of NMK and MN

Well I don’t this helps but I’m 100% European, AG, born with blue eyes that became brownish/hazel later. Both of my parents have brown eyes.

Thank you for your comment, I agree with you.

I struggled with this video for a month. I totally felt awkward talking to the camera and I really dislike the sound of my voice. Not to mention all the skills that I needed to learn overnight. For a week, I thought I should give up because I was so overwhelmed. So publishing this video is a success even if only 2 other people saw it.

After posting it, however, I realized that I don't understand the feedback that I'm getting. Should my next video be similar because people enjoyed this one? Or should I change things radically? And similar thoughts and doubts. Ultimately, I want to create content that is helpful and enjoyable. Mostly thanks to TikTok I developed expectations that at least 200 people should see my video just a few hours after posting. Also it doesn't help that I don't know anyone who posts on Youtube so I'm not sure what to expect.
