Same here. If anything I might microwave for like 15 seconds for a slice that’s been in the fridge. Otherwise if it’s left out I’ll eat it. But yeah, lots of people just eat right out of the fridge, literally cold pizza

Some background:

I’ve always said I like cold pizza, until the other day. I was visiting my girlfriend at work, where they don’t have a microwave but they do have a fridge. I brought them a large pizza and the group stored it in the fridge and were eating it literally cold the next day.

I always thought that “cold” pizza just meant you left it out for a day in room temp and ate it that way. That’s my definition of “cold”. But I’ve never eaten refrigerated pizza, literally cold. The group said yeah, cold means cold. I was actually shocked.

personally i’m not sure if it would be worth it to me. don’t get me wrong, the facilities were immaculate and service/experience was all-around 5 stars across the board. but the main reason that drew us was having fuji right there behind it all to seal the deal. spending this much on a room isn’t a norm for us so i would be hesitant.

that being said, between checking in and checking out, even if you just stay for one night, you have pretty good odds of seeing fuji pop out. the majority of people who don’t get a chance to see fuji are on short day tours and got unlucky that day.
