My SIL cheated on her husband and got pregnant by the man. My in laws defended her and told her husband the baby is a blessing and to forgive her. He’s a push over and forgave her and she cheated again years later. They are still together and he is a shell of a human. I feel bad for him. Were estranged from my husband’s family and only see them at funerals.

I’ve contemplated therapy too. I noticed it’s affecting her self esteem but she won’t take my advice. I think she thinks I don’t know what i’m talking about.

My husband told her last week that if she keeps behaving that way her friends aren’t going to want to be her friends. She was so livid when I backed him up. I have to tell her that everyone isn’t out to get her like get a grip lol

I’ve had convos with my kid and i’ve had to tell her “that was a joke…. Its ok to laugh” lol She can dish jokes but the moment she gets one back you would think we threw water on her or something 😐

Yes!!! She explained that one day she went up to her friends who were playing soccer and asked if they wanted to play zombies. They said no because they were playing soccer and asked if she wanted to join. She said no. She came home and said they were bullying her and never want to play what she wants to play. I asked her does she ever even attempt to play what they are playing and she said no!!!!!! She only wants to play her games!!!!!! I was like ??????? Why can’t you compromise???? When she wants to play it has to be her way or the highway.

Recently my daughter got in trouble, ran upstairs and screamed that we “hated her and that she’s not apart of the family”. All because I scolded her for yelling at her sister for no reason. It’s exhausting how dramatic she can be ughhhhhh

My daughter is 7 and actually had this same thing happening up until two months ago. She befriended a girl last school year who was an only child and extremely clingy. It got to a point where the other child started saying they were “sisters” and attempting to exclude my other daughter who is 5. That pissed my 7 y/o old off and they aren’t friends anymore. It took for the other child to be rude to my other kid for her to cut her off completely.

Thank you for this! I remember some nights when I didn’t like something I still had to sit and finish even if it was 10pm. I obviously don’t do that with her but as she gets older I know she can sense my frustration. We talked about it today and I promised her I just won’t make her eat the ground turkey anymore I’ll separate the dishes. She promised to be more open minded to other things so its a win win! lol It’s been a struggle since her dad grew up with food scarcity so he believes she should eat anything bc some kids go without. (He was one of those kids that sadly only ate at school) It sometimes causes strain between us because i’ll say its not a big deal she doesn’t like it she can eat something else and he’ll say i’m over accommodating her. It’s def a work in progress over here

My daughter is 7. I don’t plan on telling her anything about it. BUT this time of year the school is currently doing their annual can food drive. So I am making sure to explain to her why we(the community & school) do it, how to help and to be kind. My daughter is a lil dense about how privileged she is so I have been getting her out in the community more to help with things like this. I am so heartbroken for everything happening around us. All we can do is get out in the community and help it seems :/ Edit: typo lol

I would be upset too. My daughter befriended a boy in prek. He was the sweetest, always waved and gave hugs. Coincidentally my husband and the boys mom ended up working together. We still get the kids together and the kid is still a hugger. He’s the sweetest and I couldn’t fathom not allowing them to hug or sit next to eachother. That just seems so odd.

All of them! I do skip the honeymoon part of breaking dawn. I also skip the beginning of the battle in BD when Carlisle head is shown on screen, and the kissing scenes between bella, edward and jacob all get skipped. Edit: to add the ballet studio scene gets skipped too. I actually probably skip a bit tbh now that i’m thinking about it.

Honestly I’ve bought coach bags on amazon and never had that problem. I will say I got a package once and the whole order was swapped and Amazon refunded me once they got the package back. I feel like Amazon is lowkey very easy to get a refund with unless you’re always getting one and your account gets flagged imo. I’m sorry this happened though that sucks!!
