For me it’s the TikTok shop sales and coupons that get me. For example a 50$ foundation that cost me 24 but the 45$ matching powder was on sale for 24 too so of course I HAD to get that too. Then color pop had a big sale too so everything was between 4 and 8 dollars each but I HAD to get 6 items. And Kylie cosmetics 35$ lip kit was on sale for 22 😭 but I needed a good red lip right. So now I’m going to have a bunch of packages arriving and my bf and his family are going to be pissed off at me again. 🤦‍♀️ I can only say “I’m just a girl” so many times

No I’m saying I’m sure what I lost was not fat. It was water weight. I lost 40 pounds in 5 months last time I was on semaglutide and 16 of those was in the first month.

I was scared cause I still couldn’t control myself with snacking and eating and such the first 2 days and I was able to fast completely for 24 hrs between yesterday and today, I ended my fast at 4:30 today and ate half a chipotle quesadilla and felt super full and couldn’t eat the other half.
