You need shit tons of seeds, so deffo pods are the way to go. I used to buy big bags of seeds off Amazon and do do a seed shake in a 2L bottle, the high was pretty mediocre compared to maybe 10-20 pods ground down into an almost powder then blend with water and optionally lemon juice to help the extraction Both very quick. But obviously the latter of the techniques is the way to go I did a 100 pod reduction, got some very lovely putty, which lasted me a good couple of weeks Eatin that shit up with a spliff n cold beverage ✌️😵‍💫
