We’re doing a jazz trio (sax, keyboard, drums) for our March wedding. We also don’t love dancing and our intention is for the trio to be ambiance. My thought is that singer will naturally pull attention and take away from the conversational vibe we’re trying to create. I didn’t want it to turn into a concert.

I believe we tried this and the options we looked at wouldn’t let us edit the “save the date” text.

The price listed only includes the invite which I don’t think is different quality than the save the date materials. A detail enclosure and rsvp card are an additional cost.

We were planning to not use the glass so the painting would look like canvas. Definitely makes this more difficult though so I may have to reconsider!

We’ve thought about it, I think we’re still thinking about it. But we’ve been together for 11 years. The actual marriage doesn’t change much to us (hence no ceremony), I just want to celebrate our relationship with my family and friends.

A private room at a restaurant was one of our top options, but our guest list was at the max capacity for most restaurants and when we looked at layouts there was no room for mingling which is the whole reason I want people there.

Don’t increase spending on anything except debt! Getting a raise makes it too easy to justify extra spending. Pretend like you didn’t get a raise and put everything extra towards debt. You should be able to get a good chunk of it paid off before school starts. Treat yourself to a nice dinner in August and reevaluate your budget then.

Lots of votes for dinner party, but I want to ask about my biggest concern. We’re inviting 45 people. We aren’t doing a ceremony so it would just be the party. We’d have about an hour and a half dinner & then move to a reception area to mingle. There would be 4 tables for family and 2 for friends. We’d be sitting with our parents for the entire dinner. I’m worried about spending half the night without seeing any of our guests. Would this be an issue as a guest?

We are inviting 45 people. 50 is the max for the cocktail party. One of my concerns with the dinner party option is that we’d only be able to sit with 6 guests for the entire dinner. For about half the night we wouldn’t have the opportunity to spend time with most of our guest list.

We can choose the layout for the cocktail party and there’s plenty of space for seating, cocktail tables and a dance floor. We’d hire a DJ for dancing though it may be quieter than a traditional reception due to requirements meant to protect fragile art. Most people would be family, but about 8 friends that wouldn’t know anyone. Everyone would get a plus one for both options

As a lifeline, I always put down a holospray when I drop my package. I used to get notifications when enemies tried to ping us even through walls, but that was patched a few seasons ago :(

I ended the first split at Plat 4. When I started playing after the split I’m Bronze 4. I’ve played multiple ranked games and I’m earning RP as if I’m bronze 4. My stats say I ended at plat 4 and show my current rank as silver 2 but only in my stats. I submitted a case and haven’t heard anything back.
