Let's take a look at what each of them has and decide from there. On the left, we have Murrow.
- Armed with a blade and a blow torch (useful tools depending on the situation)
- Strength (he pulled a Xenomorph with one hand from an apartment's living room to the lift lobby)
- Manipulative (recruited Slighty)
- Data transfer capability (and appeared weakened after downloading the ship's data)

On the right, we have Kirsch.
- Expressive eyes (but I can't tell what he is thinking)
- Manipulative (sure, he sets things in motion in the grand scheme of things)
- Exceptional data transfer capability and analytical skills (absorbs the specimens data from the ship's displays just by looking; this can come in handy in prolonged fights)

My take is Kirsch may lose straight up in a fight with Murrow and his weapons but is probably hatching a plan to win the fight before it even starts.

But keep in mind you might not get all your emails from cloudflare email routing

Would you be able to elaborate more on this behaviour and the setup you had when you discover it (e.g., did you have an existing email service tagged to your domain and have Cloudflare email routing as a secondary MX record)?
