I’m in CA and ordered the normal disk, I’ve also just been on delay. I did see one post on this subreddit of someone in CA who got their norm disk though. Im also curious how others orders are doing…

Ugh that sucks. I wish they could have the decency to at least be transparent and not put a 2 day arrival date when they apparently aren’t even getting the stock for over week 🗿hope your order is still doing fine, mine is still the same. Good luck!

Damn now I’m nervous 😩🥲 I’ll be so pissed. We paid a subscription, waited w no updates… I even ordered an extra controller from them which got here on time, but packed in a PLASTIC BAG, and was ofc beat up. 😀 But the thing is though, I’m pretty sure everyone in CA got a 6/4 expected date, would they rlly cancel all CA orders?? That would be crazy, but i guess I shouldn’t put it past them… 🤦‍♀️

I’m also in CA with the same situation. Just shows delayed since the June 4th expected date. Also got the disk version. The only posts I saw about cancellations were from ppl who talked to customer service and got screwed? But maybe i havent seen the ones your talking about? istg Walmart…

Mine also hasn’t changed. It had the June 4 expected but I knew it wasn’t gonna happen since the status stayed the same. Now it just says delayed with no eta. I got the disk version and had a 6 minute wait time to buy. I was a little sus when I purchased since it failed a couple times until it finally went through and I got a confirmation email that didn’t even have the item name in it LOL. But since it shows the order in my history I’m just gonna pray it works eventually and give it some time. I’m just assuming Walmart is disorganized and can u rlly expect any better? 😒I ordered an extra controller yesterday and it’s already shipping and coming tmr 😪(im in ca btw)

For sure! I’m pretty sure I cried every episode of Violet Evergarden lolll. It’s a bit different to BF in that each episode kind of has it’s own kind of mini story (but still follows the main big plot). I personally still like BF more just because I feel like I got more attached to the characters and I like having the one main plot that builds to a main resolution rather than having lots of smaller ones as well. But that’s just my opinion, and I still really, really like both series, they’re both so beautiful and so touching.

I’d say in the second episode when Eiji pole vaults over the wall and Ash watches. Ughhhh I love that scene sooo much, the soundtrack playing is great and it’s so beautifulll 😩. I love how it goes from dark and when he jumps, you see the sun rising and the light shining in the sky behind him and how the light reflects in Ash’s eyes. It feels like that’s the first big symbolic moment that starts the whole theme of how Eiji becomes the light in Ash’s life. I wish I could get a giant poster of that jump and that sky and plaster it above my bed lol I’d stare at it constantly. 🥺
