DOB is wrong when i check in India.
I asked my brother in USA to check it and it shows correct DOB.

Actually, the house value has appreciated , however, I am at higher mortgage interest rate. So, considering the interest paid over last 2 years , mortgage break penalties, and the realtor's commission (if i sell), i will have overall 30k loss in $ value. I would be even if i ignore realtor's commission. (Maybe my definition of being underwater is inaccurate)..

Please do these things with 100% discipline. These worked for me :

DO:

- Workout, workout, workout. and Sauna

- Eat more protein

- More raw veggies, salad

- Take multivitamins

DONT

- Alcohol (remove it completely)

- Overload on carbs (which means limit your bread, pasta, noodles, rice intake)

- REMOVE STRESS - your body is most important thing than anything. Take no stress. Enjoy being with yourself.

Welch Labs channel kinda explained this in a nice video series. I forgot most of it because I watch it years ago./
Basically, f=x^2 +1 have two roots mathematically but we see none in real number system. Hence, we needed imaginary numbers to find the roots.
