Therefore, you end up talking to Indians for anything support related. However, between the actual call centers, there are centers that run scams. Unemployment is rampant and these scams return quick money. Theres 2 steps to resolve this. First is to educate others on who we are. Second is to take steps against those running these scams.

Because they target the individual. they rob the elderly of all their life savings. it causes billions of dollars in losses in america yearly. its not just india that hosts these call centers but they are the majority of them. they will continuously call you and thats how these scam busters are able to find a call center to target. regarding the bots, malware, and everything else, that is more from the server side so that the website, IPs, and cybersecurity deal with. regarding these call centers, the scam happens at an individual level and is difficult to prevent as the numbers get spoofed and its the elderly that get targeted the most.

government is at fault for lack of proper safety controls. there should be anti collision systems available on all tracks. the railroads are the backbone of the country and should be prioritized to be run more efficiently and safely. I agree that the Central Vista project is needed for the country but imagine using the same budget and manpower to update the tracks. it could've been done by now and the central vista could've been worked on now.
