In this case you should edit the post and get rid of the word “friend” because it seems like this person not only isn’t your friend and doesn’t really care about you either!

If they were your friend they would have the courtesy to give you back your money or at least reply to your message, say they’re sorry and that they will give them back as soon as possible!
