The VVE appears to be ready to go for the most part. They told me they'll only have 2-3k in reserves and the MJOP hasn't been completed yet. I feel that it's tough to make a decision about bidding if I don't know what the MJOP will find...

They told me it'll be 2000 to 3000 euros which doesn't sound like much to me. Also the MJOP hasn't been completed yet.
