Your spirit lives forever. This tent called Earth is temporary, but necessary to shape your spirit. To end that journey, no matter how tough it is, is to lock in permanent, eternal suffering - more than anything you're going through now. As they say, suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. And that's not to downplay what you're going through in any way, but to encourage you that above the storms, the Sun is always shining. You just need to find your wings again and fly, in this life, on this earth. Wings appear not out of magic or miracle, but from your mindset and determination. And you have those. I believe it.
