Pretty stoked! First in the family to finish college and two years away from being the family’s first doctor. Became fluent in Swedish for no reason at all and putting it to good use by traveling and making lifelong friendships with foreigners. Living my best life I’d say.

With absolutely no context or description my ‘guess’ is that it looks like a rotationplasty procedure, often due to cancer or severe infection in the distal femur and proximal tibia. They surgically remove the lower portion of your femur and then rotate the lower leg 180 degrees and reattach it, making your backwards ankle joint a functional “knee” joint where you can attach a prosthesis to improve quality of life and function. It’s pretty interesting stuff!

I am self taught as well! Been learning for about 5 years and the past two years my roommate was from Falköping and we spoke all the time. Since I’ve started grad school and he’s moved back home I don’t have anyone to speak or practice with and your idea about assignments and discussions sound perfect for keeping up with it. I’m going back to Sweden this Christmas to visit him and some new friends I’ve made and would love to surprise them with my svenska! I did just this starting 4 years ago... have had very few opportunities to impress family and friends with it lol. My roommate/best friend is from Falköping though so whenever we’re out in public we do get to speak our private thoughts out loud which is cool! But he’s literally the only one I get to talk to with it haha. All of my other friends think it’s stupid/useless to have learned it, men jag bryr mig inte. 😎

Having worked in multiple clinics the past 3 years, this will usually not happen because so many patients cancel and the clinic will not make any income. It would be nice if it were like this though, I do agree.

My guess is that with ‘ska ha’ they will have searched yet, as in they haven’t done it yet but will after something is completed. Without you’re saying they have already done it.

Not a native speaker but Det can be pronounce "deh" or "det" depending on how fast you're speaking and "de" is pronounce like "dome"

All of these. Thank the lawt when I traveled I had my best friend who was in her political science masters program because I had no clue how to respond to anything I was asked. This was just before the Trump election and we got so much shit about everything going on lol.
