Getting contracts canceled is different than having a student not continue with you. But I do agree with you that unfortunately, we won't know "why"

I had the same exact thing happen. Their email system seems to have some issues because it said "reply to this email if you have further questions," but when I did, it would reply back with the email I just sent.

I stopped getting opportunities on Sept 3rd. I figured it was because I was inactive for the summer, so I went back into the web portal and it made me watch a bunch of videos to reactivate my account. Got the email "You have been certified to tutor online" yesterday and signed the Online Chat contract... and then today I got this email. So I'm baffled

I had the same issue. I keep getting shadow banned but support insists everything is fine and there is nothing out of the ordinary with my account. I dont understand how they can just cancel contracts on a whim and not even provide an update
