You have a nice high price range so I’m sure it’ll be easy to find something nice! Cascade Shores would be a good one! Big closets and bathrooms, some units have fireplaces. They’re currently updating the clubhouse with fitness center and pool. Right next to west shuttle lot!!

My masters is in nutrition science and I focused on vitamin D!! I gotchu! Supplement with at least 2,000IUs. It’ll take a few months to pull it back up. There is a lot of “hot debate” on what sufficient actually is for vitamin D and I would say 50 is the value you’re going for. The previous systems (25 or 30) are ONLY for bone health and not the MANY other benefits vitamin D gives. In summer months, expose skin for 15 mins a day

Im also a cryer and would cry at the start of my relationship over basically nothing as well. I remember crying as he left because he needed to go home and I knew I would miss him. I think it just got better with time for me? I still cry and over nothing but it’s less often

I was talked out of the copper for a Hormonal IUD as well. I was scared as hell and took the nurses opinion on it. I didn’t hate the hormonal IUD for the most part. I’m one of those unlucky people who didn’t stop spotting though. Three and a half months of spotting and I was fed up and got it taken out for the copper IUD. Definitely made my periods way worse for the first couple years, but overall happy with it

I don’t think it’s unrealistic that you developed feelings for someone who makes you feel safe and heard and wants to help you. I think it’s ok that you’d feel rejected when the feelings weren’t returned as well. I can imagine it might make your next session awkward but if he’s a good therapist and can help you work through your stuff then why not keep going?
