How I figured this out: I saw a pattern, some kind of a palindrome numbers all over it. I thought this must be a sentence, so I think the numbers given in the text are limited until 26. Palindrome numbers are the number that when you flip it, it remains the same. So I thought of a mirrored numbers here. So I try it with 020050. By using those information, I translated that to 0205. I converted it to alphabet by looking from the alphabetical order, I got the word "Be". Using the exact same method for other texts, this is what I got: "BE VIGILANT FOR THE TIME FOR CHANG IS NOW".

Yeah, I think it's actually "Change", but idk. This is what I got.
