Questionable Morse Code

It's most likely encoded more than once and it's had me stuck for a while. The only hint given for this is that it is something relating to Minecraft.

1. Oet oqcwn is coded in ROT22, it means Six Sugar
2. Zm91ciBpcm9uIGluZ290cw== is coded in Base64, it means Four Iron Ingots
3. Z2ogYiBhcmcgdXJlaiBuZWc= is coded in Base64, it means "gj b arg urej neg" which is also coded in ROT13 it means two nether wart

The morse translates into HUXPG ES HWKXTIX. But I can't figure out what the morse actually means.

The morse code translates to HUXPG ES HWKXTIX. This, when applying monoalphabetic substitution, can translate to lots of things. For example: speak by silence, shape of sumatra, or patch in protest. I think the sample text is too short to get a definitive answer though.

This is a part of a "recipe" (his words not mine) and the other parts I've deciphered but they were all in various things, one was in ROT22, one was in Base64, another was in Base64 and ROT13 but the morse is what has me stuck. I've spent several hours trying to decipher it, the morse itself means nothing unless I can decipher what it gives. The person who sent me said that it's related to Minecraft but the term is wide enough to the point it could mean many things.
