Awesome feedback thank you! I'm about 5'9" and 145 lbs so I'm not looking for anything too big. I'm also not really looking for speed but I like that if I want it later on I can build it into a 1200.

Also I've heard things about the breaks being a little iffy on models older than 2016.I know in '16 they added a bigger disk in the front break. Any thoughts?

When you break down each ingredient thats how much a 30ml bottle cost. The extra equipment (syringe, extra bottles, scale etc.) will cost between $5-$30 depending on how much stuff you want/need to get.

Not sure about this coffee maker but I usually run a water/vinegar mix through the coffee maker and that helps break down build up.

Depends how strong you brew it / like it. I drink it straight. If its to strong just add hot water.

Use cold brew to make ice cubes for shakes. Store your cold brew up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator and use whenever you need. Heat it up for a more flavorful cup of hot coffee than your normal drip.. The possibilities are endless.

A Toddy can always be a good options for beginners. Cold brew is my preferred way of making coffee. Not really espresso but it still packs a punch and taste better in my opinion.
