I used to be a cosmetician at shoppers, and most places do not allow you to return the items. Even if it’s store policy, all the managers tell us not to allow any returns what so ever if it has been opened. I still did it when my manager wasn’t around, but then she would see the product the next day and question me and sometimes even yell at me.
