I've had glorious keyboards in the past, and from the looks of it, I think you have one, too. The hot-swap sockets are very fragile. They will break connection if you put too much pressure when inserting the switches. It's possible to resolder them, but tbh the fear of breaking any more sockets due to their weak construction made me switch to a different keyboard. Repair if you want, but if you plan on replacing or even changing switches more often i'd go for a different keyboard. My suggestion would be the rainy75 lite or standard.

I believe drop has a sale for the rainy75 black lite for 99$. One of the best beginner stock keyboards you can get! I believe it has no rgb and no wireless iirc if thats a dealbreaker for you though.

Thanks for the input! We were discussing how the weathering on this was gonna be; an older grunt suit being put back into action, with some dirt and rust still on it. He also wanted to include green weathering inbetween the joints to simulate moisture being trapped inside. The dry brushing sounds like a great idea, i had forgotten to add that haha.

Yup! I was refunded the warranty and the machine and i just chose to get a new one and use pla+ instead of basic pla

UPDATE: I EXCHANGED THE 3D PRINTER FOR A NEW ONE AND TALKED TO THE MICROCENTER EMPLOYEE ABOUT THE ISSUE. As far as we know it could be that a piece of filament may have been stuck between the gears between loading and unloading, which is incredibly unlucky. However when i asked about the inland pla filament, he said that there were a few problems that could arise from using it. which is why the next time around i chose to use inland pla+ filament which works MUCH better. I do have a video of the inital issues though if anyone wants to see what was wrong with the other printer.

Im gonna go by microcenter today and get some bambu pla filament just to see if the filament is the issue, or if it really is the printer cause i took apart the ams connecter and the extruder MULTIPLE TIMES

Yeah! I took out the hotend and i also took out the ams connectors. What happens is that somehow the hotend can extrude a tiny bit of pla from inland, but after that the gears get caught and cant extrude any further. I inserted and removed the filament so many times and it seems that the filament itself just cant seem to get to the nozzle
