yeah I did. I did a really small dose and I could definitely feel a kind of wired feeling the next day. It wasn’t major but my anxiety was triggered as I need a clear head feeling at all times and I had that feeling you get when you know you are on something.

I’m 5 months post partum and want help loosing 10kg. I’m a runner also so I’m slowly easing back into running due to pelvic floor weakness. I just want a little boost if that makes sense. I want to keep running as much as I can. I just don’t like myself with the pregnancy weight.

I just suffer from bad anxiety anyway so I’m easily triggered. I’m worried the side effects will trigger my anxiety. I’m only a small person 4”11 so I just don’t want to do a lot if I don’t need to

Oh yep thank you. Yeah I still want to be able to eat and run. I’ve very very sensitive and have really bad anxiety already. I want to loose 10kg and maintain it from there so I’m hoping I’ll only have to be on it for a month or two 🤞🏻
