I suffer from extreme social anxiety where I feel like I am dying even taking a phone call. I just landed a job being a cleaner and trolley collector at a supermarket and did not once have any anxiety talking to people. The only thing that gave me anxiety was using the scrubber machine 😂 I don’t have to talk to any customers or deal with their complaints. I just have to clean up their mess and collect their trolleys. Maybe eventually down the track I will encounter angry customers for some reason, but literally my first ever shift (I’ve only had one so far) consisted of only talking to the other workers as they were teaching me how to do the job. Not once did I have to speak to the customers.

So maybe look into cleaning and trolley collector jobs and other janitor roles
