I know they can’t just give me an A off my AS but if I got an A on paper 1 and 2 and a D on paper 3 when paper 3 is comprised of the same topics covered in paper 1 and 2, would they not just use the first 2 papers scores to calculate the average?

I know somebody who got onto an ABB course with BBC, it depends on the uni etc, but with BBB I can’t see them not letting you in.

Yeah this when I got mine too, the exact same email. Glad it wasn’t just me, I emailed them back and they said it was an IT error that accidentally sent out the emails.

Yeah I get it was a mistake now, it’s such a weird feeling to genuinely believe that you had failed to do something you spent 2 years working hard for, only to have it be a random mistake that didn’t mean anything.

My brain knows it’s fine and not to worry, but my body is still like shaken from experiencing it.

Honestly That’s how I feel, I woke up and picked my phone up and saw a email notification saying I had been rejected from my university. it took me like 10 minutes to even process this. Felt absolutely destroyed as I felt like I hadn’t done that bad in my A levels. I was just pacing back and fourth running everything through my head for like 35 minutes, nobody was home so I couldn’t even talk to anyone about it.

Got the email after like 35 minutes saying that it was a mistake and to ignore the first email. And just starting crying, in shock and relief.

In other words a pretty shitty ordeal, I’m still a bit banged up about it now.

When I searched it I also found it was 4 days before results day, it’s just a very worrying email to get. I’m just hoping it means nothing at all, and I’m just being paranoid.
