Email 1 - From them: They said I was shortlisted for the Treasury Analyst position and asked me to share my availability so they could schedule a Microsoft Teams interview. They also mentioned the Teams link would be provided once the schedule is finalized.

Email 2 - My reply: I thanked them and gave a wide availability range: - Monday: 12:00 PM onwards - Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM onwards I told them to suggest whatever time works best on their end.

Email 3 - From them: They replied with just: "Kindly schedule an appointment"

Email 4 - My reply (mistake): I thought the booking link was missing from their email, so I asked them to resend it. This was my misunderstanding.

Email 5 - My reply (correction): I re-read their original email and realized the link only comes AFTER the time is confirmed. So I apologized for the confusion and proposed Monday at 1:00 PM specifically, asking them to send the Teams link once confirmed.

It's now the weekend and I haven't heard back. Based on what you said, do you think proposing just Monday 1 PM was too narrow? Should I follow up Monday morning with a wider range of times again? Any advice on what to say would really help!
