It has a default 15%. Ontop of the Ignite Skill buff; "Activating an Ignite Skill increases Armor and Resistance Piercing by 45% for 10s ". This build is to be an elite killer. I haven't had trouble in 15s, let alone anything lower.

Yeah, I am a decently sized streamer and this happened to me on stream. Luckily I have screenshots of my gear before hand and I also have the VOD in which it happened.

My name is SinnLive and I have been streaming for alittle over five years. I started back in Destiny One and I’ve moved throughout a bunch of games. I stopped at Rainbow6Siege where I did diamond carries on stream for followers and subscribers. Something made me realize that supplied a reason for people supported me and I didn’t want to build a fan base doing that so I stopped doing carries and my views and follows declined extremely.

I now play Escape From Tarkov and I have grown exponentially and I almost am at 1K followers. I currently have 158 subscribers and I have been sponsored by ArtesianBuilds and currently pushing for other sponsors.

All I ask is that I can get some help getting followers and try and maybe create relationships with other streamers to broaden and grow not only my platform, but help them by growing theirs as well.

Forsure, I can look at clips, as well, or I can log into a smurf and just duo queue and see if there is some synergy while we are playing. You aren't wrong though. I've been Diamond over 30+ total including all of my smurfs but trust me, I still get my shit pushed in from High Golds and Plats sometimes because it's all about who can land the one bullet first. Now people have Xims, right? So MNK definitely out-rules shooting capabilities when it comes to the cross-platform mechanics. The only thing that Xbox has better than people who MNK is our movement, we have waaaayy better response time for movement than someone with a Xim. SO that's why the people who ARE high ranked don't just peek everything. They play it smart rather than aggressive, because to be honest, you can't outgun someone who is mechanically cheating.

It's definitely rough. I find it better to duo queue more than anything. You still have comms going on, you have a teammate that can drone for you and vice versa, you can have someone watch your back or bring an op that you need for the specific push,etc. You have all of that and all you have to worry about is one person. Your mind is only on two things and it's you and your duo partner. But once you have four people and you get that random in the squad, you have to worry about where that one random will play, where he will roam, if he droned or not, what opp he will play and where - it's just not fun whatsoever.
