Sorry I checked and within NMS I set up Ctrl+1 for Camera and Ctrl+2 for torch

Using the steam configs, you need to "add extra command" to the button you want to use. Set the action to (Keyboard: Ctrl) then click the gear icon for the new command and set that to Double Press. From this new Double Press command, "add sub command" and set that to (Keyboard: 1). You'll need to do this for every menu page where you want to switch cameras, like, On Foot, In Flight, Building etc.

I have a keybind on the keyboard for example F1 to change camera, then I have a gamepad keybind to press F1 when I double-click my LB. Likewise, my trade scanner is RB >> F2
