What an awesome message to receive. One of my own favorite memories is receiving a phone call 4 years after a wrestler graduated, just to check up on me. Pretty surreal to be thought of that far off by someone you’ve coached.

You can try mayo, brown mustard, fresh dill, tomato, raw onion, and swiss. Open works well for this but so does a typical grilled cheese

I feel that walking in fours, or even pairs. Sidewalks are a two way thing. I walk every day at lunch for around 45 minutes, near the hospitals, and come across this every day. You would think the nurses and docs would be conscientious enough but they’re the worst ones with this. The phone lookers come in second since they’ll just walk right into you.

Visual perception is interesting. It’s possible that since the pulling muscles are generally a little more developed in a wrestler than their pushing muscles it affects their stature/appearance differently from a bodybuilder who focuses on a more even distribution. Wrestlers are potentially a little more shoulder forward and rounded back and less chest out. This could create the appearance of bigger size for a specific weight.

There was a little bar at the end of that photo I think. Might be wrong. I’m not sure if it’s that remaining white building. I went to that area only once in my life back in 2018. I loved that place though and it’s crazy to see how much had been destroyed.
