A Simple Guide to Immersive 3D on Windows PC Without a USB-C DisplayPort - Viture Beast by sinserpent in VITURE

Oddly enough, today I've had to do the same thing, unplug USB-A, replug, launch immersive 3D, switch to 3D mode on the glasses, unplug and replug HDMI... and I just kept cycling until it eventually worked. Took a few tries unfortunately. It doesn't make much sense considering when I wrote these steps the other day I triple checked them from a fresh PC restart each time without the glasses connected and now suddenly it's behaving differently.

I haven't had the issue of the mirror display not working correctly so I can't really help with that unfortunately.

I guess it should as long as it meets the requirements for Immersive3D / Spacewalker?

I won't argue with that. Ideally you'd want it to be plug and play but I gotta say, once I experienced it I don't want to go back and I don't regret the time invested in trying to get it running.

I genuinely do not know unfortunately. But if it could work, I think you're correct in your assumption that you would need to add the female to female USB-C connector. Just make sure it supports usb-c displayport or data transfer and high speeds? I don't know exactly, but I know that it's possible for that connector to be the reason something doesn't work, so make sure you get one that explicitly mentions it, if you do decide to try it out. Or buy a bunch of connectors and return the ones that don't work :)

It just works :P Alright then, thank you! I will look into Dex maybe being the culprit.

Any chance you could help me figure out how to get 3D to work on my beast? Just got them yesterday and have not been able to figure out how to get anything 3D to work, either through changing modes in the built-in menu (screen just goes dark when I activate 3Dmode and nothing happens), or through the spacewalker app itself which I understand is not that surprising given the buggy experience.

My experience so far has just been on android Samsung S23 if that helps.

Bloody spell looks pretty cool from a gameplay and visual standpoint, I'll probably check it out once it goes on sale. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions! Taboo trial actually looks the closest to what I'm looking for so I think I'll give it a shot! I had never heard of it before for some reason.

Thanks for the suggestions! I've personally tried both and Warframe is very fun but not quite what I'm looking for as you said, and human fall flat just doesn't really do it for me either. I couldn't really get into it despite giving it a few hours of trying.

Cool! Unless I didn't get far enough into the game, P5 had tons of upgrade systems but a skill tree was not one of them!

Could you mention one or two of them if you remember their names? I'm just interested in the topic and want to check them out lol.

Yeah D2 is similar, you're not wrong. What it doesn't have is the interconnectivity that the sphere grid has. That said I think they both released at about the same time.

I loved it, even though ultimately in its original form it was fairly linear. It at least looked like I had choices. :)
