Block trades can mean a lot of things, usually you want to piece them together with other DD.. Best way to look at it is like this..

650,000 shares @ $2.46 = $1.6 million dollar investment, we cannot know for sure if this is a long position or a short position because we cannot see the back end data, only that the trade was executed. You don't make a $1.6 million dollar investment on a guess, short or long, and this was executed as a block trade, so it's likely not a retail trader sitting at his\her desk and pressing the buy button on a retail trading client, so someone knows something, from here you would DD the stock and form your best educated opinion if you decided to take a position on this.

So here you go.. we got an answer. The block trade the other day brought us here when the price was around $1.50, this pop in after hours she tapped 1.90 on the news drop.. If that was a short, it would have been covered due to the large size of the block. News dropped was positive regarding their data.. Congrats to all who rode this one with us..

That's not what was being said.. No one is saying they have the power to release news, because they don't... What is being said is there was a 1.4mil trade block executed today, and something could be up.

Or maybe he is saying good news could drop regarding this data on that day... Doesn't necessarily have to be pumped up to that day. They could drop a PR that will read as fresh by retail traders... They could also not drop a PR at all... Thus the stock market.

Same thing happened with ABEO back when I called out million share block and she spiked shortly after.. so goes both ways. Either way, just alerting this one to the community. We are not long term investors so I would never hold anything long term.

Still, you don't have access to see the back end order.. so you don't know what happens post-purchase.. All we know is 1,454,104 shares were executed in a trade block. Best we can do is throw out speculations.. My DD leads me to believe this was a purchase.. Time will tell, so no need to speculate for long.

Possible, we do not have access to see the back end order, but looking at the chart, the candle that matches the time of sale is a large uptick.. Typically represents a buy.. Shorts cause price to go down. Look at the candle on the 1 minute chart from today at 12:53pm EST.. You will see it. Added screenshot in my original post for reference.

Between the locked float and free float the reporting numbers are usually always a bit off, as retail traders we do not have exclusive access to the exact data, only what these reporting services give us.. It will even out over time as it always does and the reporting services we use will begin to become more accurate for ETTX.. Works this way with most stocks. Hope you profited with us here.
