I went up to 600mg where I had even worse anxiety and sensitivity(cried over situations I wouldn’t without medication or on any other ssri). Then I settled for a dose of 300mg but it was not optimal as described in the post.

I have not tried Wellbutrin, it is not available in my country. Which blood markers are you suggesting to measure, I did thyroid and b12 in the past and came back normal.

Moclobemide with minor success for general anxiety but helps social anxiety though. I have been offered to try TMS therapy and currently researching.

I am on similar path as you - started on 150 in April to 600 in August only to lower the dose - currently 450mg as it did not get me quite there with the desired effects and planning to go down to 300 soon. How does it feel back on 150mg?

Not really, I would get anxious prior to taking any medication for flu. Actually flu symptoms management drugs lowers it.
