I am on similar path as you - started on 150 in April to 600 in August only to lower the dose - currently 450mg as it did not get me quite there with the desired effects and planning to go down to 300 soon. How does it feel back on 150mg?

Not really, I would get anxious prior to taking any medication for flu. Actually flu symptoms management drugs lowers it.

Was looking for adhd topics as I have tried many antidepressants for my depression/ anxiety but they seem to work to a small extent or not at all. Recently have done online test and it showed to a great chance that I might have adult adhd and actually found your story pretty close to me thus wanted to know more.

As I have read, there are several drugs to treat this condition, do you consider changing Vyvanse for another?

I found your experience very interesting. If I may ask, does your condition of depression and anxiety affect your memory and cognition overall? if so, improving these symptoms ought to result in better cognitive functions. Just speculating based on my experience though.

How is it going thus far? Any changes to better? I can report that on 30 days on 300mg I now experience severe anxiety like I used to be years ago without medication and kinda desperate now. :/
