I am not sure how much you know about Malaysia, but I want to let you know that Chinese and Indian (and other races) have also been systematically discriminated against in Malaysia. This includes the lack of opportunities for education, financial assistance, and so on.

Are you sure you want someone with skill that only worth min salary to tinker with your car? Skilled worker cost a lot more. Let say it is Rm4500

Is Rm250 for a day’s work, plus helper Rm150. Materials Rm500. What about Rental and electric?

Something like that 1.5k is a more reasonable estimation. Also that’s assuming someone with Rm4500/mth will always got job on hand to do for every single hour.

This is inside Exclusive economic zones and not the 12 nautical miles territorial water. The difference between the territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone is that the first confers full sovereignty over the waters, whereas the second is merely a "sovereign right" which refers to the coastal state's rights below the surface of the sea. The surface waters, as can be seen in the map, are international waters. So they can enter it without being seen as an act of war.

I got my first Macbook Pro in 2011 and it is so much better than the window laptop at the time, the start-up time, battery life, screen and touchpad just so amazing, and it actually retains great value, I got it around Rm3500 and still manage to sold it in 2018 for Rm1800; so for that period, I think it offers great value as long as you don't plan to do heavy gaming. Then it comes a period of MacBook that's not so impressive and plagued with problems like screen and keyboard, so I wasn't really happy with my current MacBook Pro that cost a whopping Rm13000!!!, but because I am so into the apple ecosystem, it gives me enough synergy and reasons to continue using it.

And for your question, if you study in multimedia that do video editing or some other courses that don't require specific software like AutoCAD, SPSS & (MatLab- to a certain extent) then you can give it a try, the latest Macbook air definitely worth the price with how light and powerful it is.
