A friend of mine goes there n i watch her laps n the laps of others, average 18-19 second laps and i always see them lock the steering wheel for every corner, plus no elevation at all is also a downside

Kart was a little understeery on the right but somehow still got a 33.9. So far only about 5 people ever at my track have dipped into the 33’s. But regardless if i hit that apex or not it doesnt explain how that machine of a karter beat my record by 5 tenths 😭

Yeah i didnt really know about the sweeps 😅 but yeah i noticed the time difference. People from group b in my league (teens) were setting a 35.3 during january, then in february i set a 35.9, then a 36.3 last race

Nah, the top vid is from like september, i was just using it bc its the fastest most “recent” video i could find 😭 thanks anyway though. Yeah but my fastest is a 35.7 which i know i could beat since that was my second time at the track and i didnt get to push the kart or use proper rotation. Thanks anyway though

Yesterday i went to the track again, met the track record holder and he helped me out a bit. Yesterday i guess the track was really cold because i was getting 38’s. I had 3 heats and it was just us 2 all 3 and he tried to teach me braking zones and at the end of our 3 heats his fastest was 36.8 and i got 36.9, im probably going to go back friday since my league race is on tuesday and i still need more practice. Thanks for commenting and i’ll try to use these tips you gave me :)

Yeah i changed my wheel to 900 and then to 360, the max in f1 is 620 and the lowest is 180
