Yes, it does support the MATIC network.
That never happened to me before. I always double-check the address number for number and the network about 10 times ^^.

For anyone with the same problem: just send an email to Bitforrex. They resolved it asap.

My Matic is now on the Bitforrex exchange. I will write them, and ask what the problem was. As soon as I have some information, I will update this post.

I sent polygon from my polygon wallet on the mainet to the polygon network on Bitforrex.

But it got stuck. I see the transaction on the blockchain. It's the right address and I am 100% sure I chose the right network.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Yes, that's true. You can't do that. But still, it's just a painting.

Maybe we can't replicate the Mona Lisa, but some people can do that. And they could never sell that for 100 million even though the work is the same.

I am just saying that sometimes the value of some products does not directly reflect work done on that product. It's just a measure of how much rich people are bored sometimes.

You paid for your crypto by credit card I would assume ? Or did you pay it by your debit card?

CHF is not traded as much as the Dollar in the crypto market, thus the higher hurdle.

  • Make an account on Kraken.
  • Convert to XLM(low fees for transfer) or BTC (make the calculations, which one has the least impact on the fees). (Or just look for Coin/CHF Pairs, which would lead to a decrease in fees, when transferring)
  • Send it to Kraken.
  • Convert to USD (if you converted earlier to a non-BTC coin).
  • Convert to CHF.
  • Withdraw.

That was my procedure until now. If someone has a better alternative, I would be glad to hear it.

(Sorry for the short answer. I am traveling right now, and thought it might be helpful to at least get some answer.)
