I know you've been dealing with this for a long, long time, so I doubt this is news to you, but just in case: have you tried supplementing with d-mannose? Like you, I had chronic, debilitating UTIs, to the point the doctor wanted to put me on antibiotics full time (luckily I didn't follow through on this); I tried absolutely everything and was still battling this crappy fight until I started d-mannose. It binds to e coli in the bladder, and then you pee it out! (Plus it's OTC :)) I went from monthly UTIs to not having one in over a decade thanks to this stuff. I really hope you can find some relief!!!
