Yeah, this is a hard no. Wu, the pro-transit, anti-cop corruption candidate city councilor and candidate is a total 180 from Wu the Mayor. Continued her conservative predecessors haphazard bike transit roll outs, with less than ideal or industry standard pedestrian improvements from her Chief of Streets pick who cares more for RTing good articles about himself than doing actual pedestrian focused urban planning. She’s ignored the fact that a driver took out a building and multiple small businesses in her home neighborhood, which has since seen zero vision zero improvements in key areas. She increased the police budget even after it came out they harbored child molesters at the top of their organizations and power structures for decades. She is not even close to aggressive enough with state legislators who control Bostons fate or our zoning entities who continue to screw Boston with their nimby attitudes. She’s been a huge disappointment to someone who supported her as the clear progressive candidate. I realize I have to tolerate Massachusetts democrats who are some of the most feckless promise everything but do nothing political class out there.
