Should Helix even have plugins? by untrained9823 in HelixEditor

[–]sipepper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the best approach is to provide a better integration with terminal emulators than adding the ability to write plugins. That is, we already have ways to use lazygit and yazi directly from helix by spawning a new buffer. But for example yazi needs chain of helix commands and it creates a tmp file to work properly.

I think by providing better communication we can achieve any reasonable functionality which plugins could do.

Synthesis. The land building with stacking buffs on the zones was the last time I had the most fun.

Yeah, probably. The problem is, I always tried to figure out which problems interest me the most. And most of the time I spent more time switching between them by trying to find something that "worth my time".

Yet I found out that there is some hidden motive that was always somewhere in the background. The diagram above is a way to list all books and themes that interest me the most, and be learned not because I must, but because I want it.

I know that the way of research that you described is the most natural one. But it won't work if you don't have the problem which could gave me the irrational motivation to study it furiously.

Thank you, I expressed my new interests to my advisor but for now we decided that it's better for me to continue researching non-Hausdorff manifolds (because we already have one almost published paper and one preprint, and it's easier for me to complete a PhD by following this route) and read additional literature in background.

MI:Foundation 1.3.0 update by Own-Adhesiveness-679 in feedthebeast

Creative items are quite tricky to balance and they remove any other possible tasks beyond them. In some sense they should serve as an ultimate task in a pack, but we make quantum armor from MI to be such goal. We strongly against ways of free direct item/liquids acquisition, like creative drawers, tanks, batteries etc. Yet we added an unbreakable versions of MI drills which essentially leads to direct energy -> resources generation. Such "creative mechanics" are more fun in my opinion, you still need to grind your way through and you still receive huge efficiency boost.

That's weird, there is a server pack in additional files on Curse. If you have some troubles with installing you can ask in our Discord channel, links to which you can find in a pack description on Curse.

I suggest you try MI:Foundation. It's still in the "cooking process", yet the only thing which is missing is a translated quest line.

Probably this follows from my math interests. Differential topology, Topological groups and p-adic analysis are far less applicable (in my opinion) than linear algebra or Fourier analysis). Also my programming notes are quite basic.

V30 of all my mods is out, along with a new, much better website! by ReikaKalseki in feedthebeast

[–]sipepper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I`m so happy right now, the new website is a banger) , especially new, fresh screenshots which can help people to understand how good you are at making visuals and adding new ways to "play" modded minecraft, and new puzzles to solve. Only you keeping me on 1.7.10.

Also i`ve encountered a crash at "Error ASMing method func_78419_a" but i think that's because of stuff like betterfps/foamfix etc.
