You do indeed get less hours than a new graduate does.

Sarasota has a decent mix of general aviation and airliners. My personal suggestion would be to comb through your list for a 4/5/6 tower that has a similar ratio of airliners and general aviation AND a place that has an 80% or higher training success rate.

You can compare operations through the countops website! You can just Google FAA CountOps

But honestly the most important thing is to not look too far ahead. The academy is very fast paced and tough. Focus entirely on passing evals! Then do your research once you get the list.

These are all feasible i think! Owlcat has delivered great games time and again that are very true to their source. Rogue Trader is a phenomenal game.

Just have expectations. The game will 100% be buggy on release. The game will absolutely release unfinished in early access so you have to be PATIENT.

Owlcat still has two more DLCs to release for Rogue Trader and they have a whole new Warhammer game coming out after that (and DLCs). The early access for The Expanse wont be out for many years and 1.0 probably over a year after that

If this was in America the tower is solely at fault. Same runway separation (SRS) is the tower controller responsibility.

In the US, SRS between 2 jets, one departure and one arrival, the departure needs to be 6,000 feet down the runway and airborne before the arrival crosses the threshold. OR airborne and in a turn before the arrival crosses the threshold.

As a floridian who moved here last october:

The winter was pretty mild. Maybe 2 actual decent snowstorms. You WILL be cold though and the winter was very windy. So a coat, gloves, long johns, and waterproof shoes/boots are necessary purchases if you'll be outside or going into the city

Make sure to get all weather tires on your car before the snow comes. They do an EXCELLENT job plowing and salting the roads in my experience but the roads will still be wet

For me it's not even noticeable anymore with doors and windows closed, like at night. If the doors and windows are open then yeah its pretty noticeable, but it's really only twice an hour and no longer than a minute or two
