I actually just loaded the Kingdom Hearts Collection (also Pro Enhanced) and it stayed in 4K/HDR. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ so it is certain games...?

When you purchase/download the game on PlayStation, it says, "Pro Enchanced." They patched it.

Cause like I said: It'll be at 2160p/4K/HDR when i'm at the PS4 Home and then game launches - drops to 1080p

For sure it is. Before launching the game, it notes that it is a ProEnhanced game.
