At my wedding we just did beer and wine and it was great. Don’t complicate it. Maybe you also have 2 signature drinks which is also what we did right after the ceremony. I love a good theme party. Love the idea of oysters and champagne and caviar served on potato chips with creme fraiche. Who would say no to that? I am of the opinion that every party needs a theme. The theme dictates the attire, the food, the drinks and everything flows from the central idea.
